  • Absolutely, in fact, this is highly encouraged. Before scheduling a new session we gladly offer a complimentary 15-minute phone session on online video session where you can ask any questions you may have.

  • Yes. Telehealth sessions may be provided as long as the client is present in the state of Tennessee or West Virginia at the time of service. Using a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, telehealth may be used for regularly scheduled sessions or on occasion due to illness or inclement weather.

  • Yes! Tiffany is in network with Cigna/Evernorth. For those who are covered by other insurance plans, we may be able to electronically file your claim as an out-of-network benefit or provide you with a superbill. Please check with your insurance company about your specific out-of-network reimbursement policy.

  • Yes. We have reserved select time slots in our caseload to allow for sliding scale and reduced fees. We partner with Open Path Collective to provide affordable therapy sessions. Additionally, we are also partnered with Project Heal to provide scholarships for those seeking eating disorder treatment. Finally, Restoring Hope Therapy Services offers appointments with MFT Trainees/Interns to provide significantly reduced cost therapy options.

  • Yes. Credit cards, debit cards, and HSA cards are all accepted. You also may pay by cash or check.

  • Prior to your therapy session, please complete a session preparation form. This will help you organize your thoughts as to what you would specifically like to address in the session and it will provide us with some information on your mood, struggles, and successes. If you forget to complete your form, a paper copy will be available in the therapy waiting room.

  • Generally, coordination of care with additional healthcare providers is included as part of the standard therapy fee. If you require a specialized consultation or in-depth paperwork completion, there is a charge of $50 per hour. Here is a link to an online Release of Information Form.

  • Once you have set up your client portal, you are able to schedule and reschedule appointments online. Please provide 24-hour notice when possible. Last-minute cancelations or no-shows to sessions are subject to a $50 fee.
