Tiffany Phillips, LMFT
Practice Supervisor and Therapist
Hello! I am so glad you are here. I am the founder of Restoring Hope Therapy Services and a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Tennessee, West Virginia, and Arkansas. I grew up in Northern California and earned my B.A. in Child Development from San Jose State University (cum laude) in 1995, followed by an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University in 1998.
Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of individuals, couples, and families—and what I’ve learned is that healing happens when we feel truly seen and supported. My approach to therapy is rooted in attachment and systems theory, which means I pay close attention to how your life experiences, relationships, and family background have shaped you. I also make sure we stay grounded in the present and focused on your goals for change. My sessions are structured and purposeful—not just casual chats, but real work toward growth and healing.
Specialties include:
Marriage/Couples Therapy - Utlizing Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy.
Trauma-Informed Therapy – Skilled in working complex PTSD, and Dissociative Disorders. I am a member of ISSTD and a Certified EMDR Clinician.
Eating Disorders As an (iaedp) Certified Eating Disorder Specialist, I particularly enjoy working with the families of those in early recovery.
Supervision: As an AAMFT Approved Supervisor. I offer both individual and group supervision for pre-licensed clinicians.
Starting therapy is an investment in yourself, and finding the right fit is important. I hope you find what you need here. If it feels right, one of our therapists would be truly honored to walk alongside you on your journey. All therapists at Restoring Hope Therapy work under my direct supervision.
Samantha Way, MMFT
Associate Therapist
After earning my Bachelor’s Degree in Media Studies with a minor in Social Media from the University of Wisconsin–Platteville, I moved to Nashville to pursue a career in corporate events. Shortly after relocating, I began participating in group therapy—a transformative experience that changed the course of my life. Within the safety of that group, I learned how to better understand myself, communicate more authentically, and navigate relationships with greater intention and care.
That experience sparked a passion within me to help others find the same sense of clarity, connection, and support. I knew I wanted to become a therapist.
My goal is to support individuals and couples in feeling seen, heard, and valued in their lives and relationships. I believe deeply in the power of connection and am honored to walk alongside my clients on their journey toward healing and growth.
