Group Therapy

“The act of revealing oneself fully to another and still being accepted may be the major vehicle of therapeutic help.”

-Irvin D. Yalom

We move through our lives in relationship with other people.

Often, the things we’re struggling with aren’t as isolated as they feel. In group therapy, you begin to see that more clearly, not just by talking about it, but by experiencing it in real time with others.

You’ll meet with a small group of people, share what feels relevant to you, and hear from others who may be navigating something similar. Over time, the group becomes a place where patterns show up, connection develops, and new ways of relating begin to take shape.

Group can be a powerful space to feel less alone, to better understand yourself, and to experience connection in a different way.

Our Approach

Our groups are relational and process-oriented. We focus on what’s happening in the room, not just what’s being talked about.

The group becomes a small version of the larger world, where the ways you relate, respond, and protect yourself naturally begin to show up. Together, we pay attention to those patterns and work with them in a way that feels steady and supported.

You won’t be asked to share more than you’re ready for. And you won’t be left to navigate the experience on your own.
